Meeting room B

Dynamic and functional, this is the perfect room for trainings and large groups and includes Board, TV and speaker phone. The room fits 1 to 18 people comfortably. This room can be set up as a class room if requested with advance notice.

Terms
Charges for the conference room are in increments of 30 minutes. Usage is upon availability and billed on a monthly basis. Billing is done 5 days prior to the end of the month and payment is done on the 1st of each month. Cancelations must be done by the end of business day the day before the meeting. Same day cancelations will have a 50% charge of the time reserved.
Equipment
LCD TV included in the conference room, laptop to TV connection for presentations, DVD and a conference phone.
Availability
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend and holidays usage will have a $50 increase added to the final bill.
